INSTALLATION
------------

 - Copy the whole directory anywhere you want
 - Copy your kick34005.A500, kick34005.A500.RTB, kick40068.A1200,
   and kick40068.A1200.RTB files to the kick drawer.

 - Season 10/11 is a bit unstable and on Expert mode doesn't have updated
   starting career year
