Required: MORPHOS 3.16 minimum

ffmpeg: nothing
ffplay: no more available, need more check to debug it.

- Update to 4.4.1 release
- Now compiled with ALTIVEC support !
- use new openssl.library
- delete libxvid support
- builing with GCC 11.2

- update to 4.4 release
- delete SDL2 dependency on ffmpeg
- add xvid, fribidi libraries

I included a lot of external libraries :

- libfribidi
- libopus
- libvorbis
- libwebp
- libtheora
- libmp3lame
- openssl (from SDK)
- lzma (from SDK)
- png (from SDK)
- bzlib
- zlib (from SDK)

Lot of sources were taken from SDK, Wayfarer, AmigaOS4 port and Mplayer (fab) sources.
