Report+ is an open source ReAction-based utility with nine functions:

1. It is a friendly enhanced replacement for the official Commodore bug
reporting tool (V40.2), optionally sending emails automatically.
2. It can generate/edit Aminet-style and OS4Depot-style readmes.
3. It can view/edit A3000/A4000/CDTV/CD��-type battery-backed memory.
4. It can view/edit IFF/RIFF files and their component chunks.
5. It can access the official manufacturer and product ID registries.
6. It can perform batch processing on icons.
7. It can convert between various ASCII formats.
8. It can show directory byte usage for any path, optionally also
changing protection bits and/or deleting specified files.
9. It can compare two paths, showing added, missing and changed files.

f4: added cursory knowledge about IFF DECK.RESO chunk.
os4: about window now recognizes OS4.1FEu3.
f3: cdtv: now shows information about recognized manufacturers and
products.
f3: when changing selection with mousewheel, now scrolls to ensure the
newly selected item is visible.
f5: upgraded openpci.library from V40.6 to V40.12.
f4: added detailed knowledge about RIFF WAVE.MD5 chunk.
f4: fixed: most chunks in RIFF DLS files were not being interpreted.
